  Horrible service. Got ordervwrong on 3 desperate occasions. Were promised coupons in the maol on each occasion and guess managers couldn't be bothered to treat loyal and long time customers with any respect. Their word means nothing. Don't promise something if you have no intention of doing what you promised. He'll Starbucks comped guys our drinks one day because we had to wait more than 10 minutes. Standard wait time at Orland, Ca. Drive thru is 15-20 Plus minutes!!!!!! HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT ABILITIES IN THIS STORE.!!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!!!
